Commercial Engineer
Commercial Engineer from the University of Santiago, Chile, with a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Adolfo Ibáñez University. Registered as an External Auditor with the CMF, with over 25 years of experience in the mining and energy industries. He has held strategic roles, leading and supervising key departments, developing and implementing strategies, and establishing and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Focused on contributing to organizational success through ethical, disciplined, and committed management. Skilled in corporate governance, strategic planning, and management control. Experienced in managing and controlling monthly closings and generating financial and management reports.
Héctor Vera
Public Accountant and Auditor
Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from Diego Portales University, with diplomas in Business Management and Finance from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and in IFRS from the University of Chile. Registered as an External Auditor with the CMF and a member of the Association of Accountants of Chile A.G. He has over 30 years of professional experience in service, energy, media, and mining service companies, including the Central Bank of Chile, Enersis (now ENEL), COPESA, and EcoMetales. He has held key positions such as Deputy Manager of Finance and Management Control, Human Resources Manager, Administration and Finance Manager, and Interim General Manager.
Strong focus and commitment to delivering practical and efficient solutions to accounting, financial, and management needs. Extensive experience in managing and controlling monthly closings, budget planning and monitoring, implementation of information systems, and payroll calculation and payment.
